With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, I’m passionate about creating an environment where every client feels comfortable, confident, and cared for. My goal as both a stylist and salon owner is to ensure each guest enjoys the best possible experience from the moment they walk through the door ✂️

I specialize in personalized styles and custom colors that bring your vision to life. My expertise includes a wide range of cutting and coloring techniques, with a special focus on natural-looking balayage and lived-in, effortless color.

At Sage Beauty Co., I believe beauty goes beyond the chair — it’s about connection, confidence, and leaving with a smile. Building lasting relationships with my clients is my greatest joy, and I’m truly honored to be a part of their self-care journey 🤍

Hey! I’m Lauryn, blonding and hand-tied extension specialist here at Sage Beauty Co. in Hamburg, NY.

I’ve been doing hair since 2018, and my favorite thing ever is creating soft, lived-in blondes and seamless extensions that make you feel like the most confident version of yourself.

My chair is a relaxed, comfortable space where you can unwind, laugh, and feel totally welcome to be yourself. I love connecting with my clients and creating an experience that feels like you’re catching up with a friend. I’m always here to listen, make you feel heard, and make sure you leave feeling amazing.

Whether you want brighter blonde, fuller hair, or just a little refresh, I’m here to bring your vision to life, while keeping your hair healthy and happy.

When I’m not at the salon, I’m usually working on DIY projects in our first home, out boating in the sunshine, or enjoying time with family and friends. At home, we have a pet parrot named Leonard, and we’re hoping to add a dog into our family soon too. I love creating spaces and experiences that feel cozy, fun, and full of good energy, both at home and behind the chair.

Hey! I'm Lindsay, Color Specialist at Sage Beauty Co.

I’m Lindsay: a country-bumpkin tomboy at heart, living my best life on a 20-animal farm, and somehow still rocking a 20-year career in the beauty industry.

Don’t let the hobo-Adam-Sandler wardrobe fool you, us comfy-clothes hairstylists do the best work, and color is truly my passion. If you can imagine it, I can match it, blend it, or bring it to life.

In my chair, you get to choose the vibe: light-hearted comedy, deep therapeutic venting, or a peaceful, quiet appointment. Whatever you need, I’m your go-to girl.

My world revolves around my husband and our three wonderfully chaotic kids, Hailey (15), Tucker (3), and little Colton, who made his grand entrance this September. Life is a whirlwind, but your hair doesn’t have to be.

At Sage Beauty Co., my goal is to make sure your hair and you feel like the best version of yourself. Can’t wait to see you in my chair.

I enjoy cutting, styling, and treating all hair types from straight hair to tight coils, I truly believe everyone’s hair deserves to shine.

My goal is to help you embrace and love your natural texture while keeping your hair healthy, hydrated, and full of life!

Hi! I’m Stacey! I have just under two decades of experience serving the Western New York area.

I’m a hair color specialist with a focus on blonding, vivids, color correction, and grey coverage, but I’m well-rounded in the craft. I have multiple certifications in cutting and barbering techniques, bridal and event styling, smoothing treatments, waxing, extensions, several styling product lines, and multiple hair color lines.

I love sharing everything I learn with my guests! The beauty industry is deeply personal to me in many ways. My family has been in the business for over 100 years, and it’s a personal mission of mine to honor the values of my great-grandparents, who were barbers and marcelists.

Trends come and go, and there are always new techniques to learn (one of my favorite parts), but the connection, confidence, and sense of community that this industry brings truly feed my soul. I use a combination of artistry and integrity, with a focus on healthy, beautiful hair ALWAYS coming first.

I strive to make every guest feel valued and comfortable as we talk through your vision or create a new one together. Whether it’s a bold new look or subtle maintenance, I believe in an honest approach to help you recreate your style at home, making the process easier and more enjoyable.
